PsychriptShala is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making mental health simple, accessible, inclusive, and culturally rooted for every child, family, educator, and community across India.
From school corridors in busy cities to tribal villages in remote regions, we go where support is needed the most. We believe mental well-being is not a privilege reserved for a few, it is a fundamental human right. Our work spans youth counseling, parent and family support, educator training, corporate wellness, neurodevelopmental care, rehabilitation support, and community outreach, all grounded in the lived realities of the people we serve.
We are psychologists, therapists, behaviour specialists, educators, and community workers united by one shared belief: when minds are supported, communities become stronger.
Mental health in India continues to be deeply misunderstood, under-resourced, and inaccessible for millions, especially children with disabilities, underserved families, tribal communities, and individuals with limited access to care. PsychriptShala exists to help bridge that gap.
Our purpose is not only to provide counselling, but to create long-term social impact through awareness, education, intervention, and community support. We work directly with schools, colleges, rehabilitation centres, workplaces, families, and grassroots communities to make mental health support practical, human, and reachable.
We train teachers to better understand student wellbeing. We conduct workshops and activities in schools, colleges, and institutes. We support caregivers, families in rehabilitation journeys, and individuals navigating emotional, behavioural, developmental, or social challenges. We also work closely with tribal and underserved communities where mental health resources are often unavailable.
Every initiative we design begins with one important question:
“How can this truly help the people who need it the most?”
Because meaningful mental health care should not only exist in clinics and cities, it should reach every community, every family, and every individual with dignity, empathy, and understanding.

Workshops, peer-support clubs, and counselling for students aged 14–25 across schools and colleges
Burnout prevention, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed teaching programs for educators.
ABA therapy, and family training for children with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities.
Community-based early intervention and behavioral training for tribal children with disabilities.
Employee well-being programs, mental health audits, and leadership coaching through partnerships.
Holistic recovery support and caregiver counselling for individuals and families navigating illness and disability.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
